A Brivis standard warranty is 5 years. Brivis has started offering an extended warranty, as of the 1st of September 2016, adding an addition 4 years to the existing 5 years, giving consumers a total of 9-year parts and labour warranty.
This applies to Brivis Ducted Heaters (excludes 3-Star heaters) and Brivis Evaporative Cooling.
How It Works
Purchase a Brivis Gas Ducted Heating or Evaporative Cooing Unit through us, sign up to the Brivis Service Advantage Program and follow the scheduled servicing outlined by Brivis.

Lodging Your Brivis 9 Year Warranty
You have 12 months from the date of installation to lodge your Warranty with Brivis. The optional 4 years parts and labour extended warranty is in addition to their standard 5 year Brivis warranty, giving you a total of 9-Years.
