Plum Heating and Cooling have taken out the Best Trade category at the Wyndham Business Awards.
This will be the fourth win for Plum at the Wyndham Business Awards.
As a finalist in three different categories, Plum Heating and Cooling were hopeful for a win. Another reason for celebration in this their 25th year in business.
When asked what the easiest part of being in business was, owner Kyle Briggs said:
“I think everything was hard. Maybe the easiest thing is that I had the ability to be myself…I believe that life is too short and you need to have fun doing what you are doing. I was able to do this with my own business.”
The Wyndham City announced 59 finalists in the 2017 Business Awards.
Plum were winners alongside businesses such as:
Circus Fit Studio, Light & Glo Designs, Baby Scent Natural Skin Care, Children Heaven Family Day Care, Country Road Group Logistics, Class Plastics, Hopscotch & Harmony, Reliance Real Estate, The Chevron Market, Hopper Motor Group, Priya Indian Cuisine, Class Plastics, and Gracie’s Boutique.
For our budding entrepreneurs, Kyle has given five pieces of advice:
- Follow your dreams
- Be honest and sincere
- Look after your customers and staff
- Get an excellent CRM System
- Always leave work at work. Family is more important.
