Your Winter service includes:

Gas Ducted Heater:

• Your family’s health and safety are our priority. It’s why we start things off with an all-important carbon monoxide test – to make sure that absolutely none of this harmful gas is leaking into your home.
• Then we give your fan a good going over, cleaning it of lint and removing any dust build-up.
• We move on to your Thermistor (where accessible) and ensure it is fixed correctly.
• A test is done on your gas supply burning pressures, to ensure your gas inlet pressure flow is optimised.
• We take a look at the combustion pressure (where applicable) with a flue pressure check.
• If you have zoning, we make sure everything is running smoothly when activated via your wall Controller.
• We ensure the return air is clean and drawing in air correctly.
• And finally, we test your supply air temperature to ensure your home stays warm and comfortable. Any necessary adjustments are made to maximise your system’s performance. 

Ducted Split System:

• We start by checking your indoor fan unit and duct connections to make sure air is flowing efficiently throughout your home.
• Next, we inspect and clean the filtration system to help maintain healthy airflow and support your system’s performance.
• We examine the refrigeration pipe connections for any signs of damage to help keep your system operating reliably.
• We thoroughly inspect all electrical connections and terminal covers for any signs of damage, ensuring everything is safe and secure.
• We make sure your isolator switches are operating correctly as part of our comprehensive safety inspection.
• We verify that your outdoor compressor mountings are stable and secure to minimise vibration and maintain reliable operation.
• Your outdoor unit is then cleared of debris and carefully inspected for any signs of damage or corrosion.
• We check that your supply and return air temperatures are within acceptable operating ranges.
• We test the airflow and individual temperatures from each outlet, along with the return air temperature, to ensure your system is operating within the acceptable temperature range.
• And finally, we complete a full function test to ensure your ducted split system is operating efficiently, reliably and delivering the comfort you expect.

Wall Mounted Split System:

• We begin by thoroughly inspecting and cleaning your filters to help maintain healthy airflow and efficient system performance.
• Next, we flush the drain to remove insects and foreign matter, helping to prevent blockages and unwanted water leaks.
• We examine the hoses and fittings for any signs of refrigerant leaks to ensure your system continues operating efficiently.
• We clean and inspect the indoor fan coil to help maintain strong airflow and reliable performance.
• Your outdoor unit is then cleared of debris and carefully inspected for any signs of damage or corrosion.
• We thoroughly inspect all electrical connections to ensure they are safe and operating correctly.
• And finally, we complete a comprehensive function test to ensure your wall mounted split system is operating efficiently, reliably and ready to keep your home comfortable.
