Telephone booking was simple with short wait time and professional and courteous service, supported by email and sms confirmations of our booking for the inspection to either repair or replace our heating unit which was not working.On the date of in-house inspection, Daniel and his team checked the ducts and heating unit. They found the issue was a time worn part, unlikely to be found, as our unit was 30 years old - so full replacement of the unit, ducts, and wall control unit were required.After taking all specifications - unit type, duct and ceiling vent number and sizes - we received a quote we accepted on the spot. A confirmation quote from head office was also received soon after they left.On the day of the installation, we were blown away by the superb customer service and tradesmanship of the chief installer Nahn, with by four other installers, who were also courteous and professional.We were very happy with Nhan's clear explanation of the work before installation and concise demonstration of how to use the unit after job completion.More impressive were Nhan's extra efforts in replacing two broken roof tiles, and inserting a rubber fitting to reduce noise and vibration of the unit.We will certainly book Plum to replace our air-conditioning before summer, as we are confident we will have excellent service again.

We had a new Brivis Heating system installed to replace our old one which is in the roof cavity.From the quote to installation Plum was very professional with effective communication through email throughout the process.On site we had Nhan and Darren. I was relieved when I met them as I was anticipating alot of mess being winter, this was not the case.They were very professional, respectful and thoughtful. Hardly any dust/mess in the house considering it was wet out.It was a full day from start to finish and Nhan took the time upon completion to take us through the operating process. He was thorough, patient and most of all passionate in what he does.Thankyou to both Nhan and Darren for a very professional job. I knew our Ducted Heating was on the way out, called Plum heating and cooling to get some advice on what to do.We went with a 6 star ducted heating changeover with 4 zones and upgraded to touch control panel (totally worth it!). Jack and his team installed our split system this morning and we were very happy with their service. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. They were relaxed and understanding about our dogs barking at them which was a relief because I was anxious about that. The installation was surprisingly quick and they even removed our old gas heater and AC unit for us which we thought we would have to hire an extra service to do, so it felt like very good value for money. Friendly Matt arrived right on time and immediately set to work, even providing advice on how to maintain and check things myself going forwards. We had our ducted air conditioning and heating serviced today and Shiva was incredible. Super friendly and let me know what he was doing when he was doing it. We also received hints and tips of how best to run our system and how often to clean etc.Great service, super professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

While the news on our system wasn’t great (too old to find parts to repair so will require replacement), the technician who came out and the owner who I spoke to when booking the call out were extremely helpful, friendly, punctual and transparent in their pricing. They also seem fairly priced for their service call, based on my research. Should we decide to go ahead and replace our LPG heating unit, we would definitely use Plum Heating & Cooling for the job.UPDATE- we DID end up getting the new unit installed. As per the initial experience, they were faultless. Turned up on time, careful with our home, quick and polite installation and not a cent more than the quote. Highly recommend!

Shiva was very friendly and efficient. He called 20 minutes before arrival to give us notice that he was close by. Ashley was able to answer all of our questions over the phone and schedule a pre Christmas installation on a convenient date. Call Kane... he visited twice and was early both times... He did a fantastic job and was a nice guy as well... I don't like people in my home when I'm not there but would leave Kane there without a worry...... As it was an indoor switchboard replacement an inspector had to check it and he said it was a GREAT job. I don't usually leave Tradie reviews but was impressed with this company. Well done Kane.

We have had our ducted heating system serviced today by your technician Jordan. Jordan rang us and advised his expected time of arrival and did arrive at the specified time. On arrival he introduced himself and impressed us with his personality and neatness. He explained what he was doing and went about his work efficiently, when finished he explained what he had checked, he even cleaned the manhole cover for me and did a great job just like his mother has taught him.
We would be happy to welcome him into our home when our next service is due.
