Primarily, you’ll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound phone calls in a busy, yet tight-knit, team environment – while replying to online enquiries and chats – all with the goal of ensuring high customer engagement. You’ll also be seamlessly creating service and sales bookings in our CRM system while managing a shared inbox to ensure customer requests are actioned and replied to in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Be our first point of contact for visitors, clients & phone inquiries
- Enter service and sales appointments into the CRM
- Manage calendars for the Service Technicians and Sales Engineers
- Respond promptly to all online inquiries, emails and work orders from real estate companies
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure accuracy and consistency in tasks
- Complete reports for daily payments, banking and mail
- File documents, and generate compliance certificates and warranties for customers
- Other administration duties as required
About you:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- A customer-first focus
- A positive and bubbly outlook
- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid experience using the MS suite of software
- A can-do attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility with working hours. Saturdays will be required in rotation
