From start to finish all of my dealings with Plum have been positive. I contacted many (6-8) companies to arrange Quotes to replace my existing ducted heating & to install Evaporative Cooling. Kyle & the admin team were one of only a couple that actually a) bothered to respond & b) respond within a resonable time frame. Pricing was very competitive & all questions were answered & meetings kept. On the day of installation the boys arrived early (which was great as I was taking time off work to meet them) They were polite & professional. I called in unexpected during the day & they were hard at work, I was surprised at how much they had actually completed. I was again pleasantly surprised when I arrived home at the end of the day to find them vacuuming my floors. In one day they managed to removed a 30yr old ducted heating unit including ducting, install a new ducted heating system & a new evaporative cooling system, not to mention place all of the old unit into a skip & clean up after themselves both inside & out. They talked me through my remotes (in english) & helped me set the timers. I have no hesitations in recommending this company & it's staff. Kyle & the Team - Thank you for a job well done!
